CHANDPE TRADING LLP (TRP Essentials) collects your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order details to process and deliver your orders, and the UPI ID you give us for cash-on-delivery refunds. We do not store card details.

We share this data only with the services that run our store: Shopify (store platform), CCAvenue (card payments), COD King (checkout phone verification) and Shiprocket (delivery). We do not sell your data.

Newsletter emails: if you sign up to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you news and offers from TRP Essentials. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to support@trpessentials.com.

We use cookies and analytics through Shopify to run the store and see how it is used; you can accept or decline them in our cookie banner. Shiprocket's script runs on our pages, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

Our website is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance.
